How do I order?
You can order online by aping products into your cart then checking out with a credit card or by emailing customercare@vetrimark.com with the item(s) you would like and we can get in touch with you to complete your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped the next business day. If you need your order faster, just give us a call. We can be reached between the hours of 6am and 4pm PST by phone - (800) 773-5504 or by email customercare@vetrimark.com.
What is Direct Thermal?
Direct Thermal (DT) labels are constructed of specialty material that reacts with the printer’s heat to create an image. Our prescription labels are Direct Thermal.
I don’t see my printer listed, are your products compatible with my printer?
It is possible! The printers we list are ones we have personally tested with the product to ensure compatibility. If you aren’t sure if the specifications of our product matches those required by your printer, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
I have a regular office printer, will your products work with it?
Our products are designed to be used specifically with label printers that use Direct Thermal printing. Our prescription and other labels are not compatible with sheet-fed office or desktop printers.
Do you ship internationally?
Ground shipping charges for orders within the continental US are based on the product dollar amount of your order. This can be found under our Shipping Policy.
For orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and internationally, you can enter the order online and we'll call or email you with the shipping charges.
Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
Of course! We can ship 2nd day and overnight products for you.
Can I receive a sample of your products?
Of course! Please email with your name, company, and apress to send a sample to and we will get it to you right away.
Can I order online and be billed for my order?
Online orders are process by credit card only.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx as our shipping carrier.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Shipments are sent using FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box adress.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
